Today I made my family some pork kebabs and decided to try it a little different by adding bacon into it. Rick love it so much
1 1/2 Pork
1 lbs Bacon
1 Green Zucchini, cut into 1/2" thick
1 Yellow Zucchini, cut into 1/2" thick
1 Package Mushroom
1 Can Chunk Pineapple ( save the Juice)
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, mince
Salt and Pepper
Cut Pork into bite size about 1" thick. In a large bowl add pork, and the rest of the ingredients except for the bacon. Let it set for a hour. Cut bacon in half, wrap pork in bacon and place it on skewer with the vegetable. Grill the Kebab in low heat for 30 minutes turning them often. Make sure you keep brushing your kebab with the pineapple juice to keep it moist. Serve and enjoy.
NOTE: You can use any meat you want and vegetable you like.

I went back for a visit last last year and had a chance to watched my mother cooked. I asked her about her secrets and she told me that it is about the spices and when she cook she cook them for the children she love.
