This is one of the dish I learned while working at China King in Belen and they are kind enough to let me see how to make it.
1 lb Japanese Noodles
1/2 lb shrimp
2 Cloves Garlic, mince
1 Chicken cube
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cups Napa Cabbage
1/2 red Bell Pepper, thin slice
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, thin slice
1 Cup Bean Sprout
Oil
In large Wok heat oil. Add garlic and onion cook until golden brown. Add Shrimp keep stirring until it turn pink. Add noodles and the rest of the ingredients and add 1/4 cup of water. let it cook for 5 minutes and stirring often. Serve and enjoy.
