
This is my new experiment and it is something you should try. It is so good and if you love cooking this is something you want to share to your friends.
2 lbs Mussels2 Tbsp. Butter1 Large Onion cut in cube2 Large Tomato cunt into cube5 Cloves Garlic1 tsp Thyme1/2 cup Parsley1-2 cups White WineSalt and PepperIn large pan heat butter. Add onion, tomato and garlic saute' until garlic is golden brown. Add wine and Thyme then add mussels . Cover the skillet and let it simmer for 2 minutes add parsley and Salt and Pepper if you like. Serve.
NOTE: Never over cook the mussels
